We invite you to present an exhibit of your organization’s merchandise and/or services at our annual Fall In-Service Day on Friday, October 18, 2019. As a great visibility opportunity Each table is $250.00. Plus your logo and website will be featured on the MMEA website during this time!
We hope that you will decide to exhibit at our Fall In-Service this year. Please complete the online payment and form by Friday, October 4, 2019. If your payment has not been received by that date, a table will not be reserved at the Fall In-Service Day. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Confirmation and Payment
Exhibitor set up will begin at 7:00 a.m. at Northwestern High School, 7000 Adelphi Rd, Hyattsville, MD 20782; home of The Jim Henson Academy for the Visual and Performing Arts. Registration for the day will begin at 7:30 AM. Sessions run from 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Exhibitors must be set up by registration time, as this is when many people visit the exhibits.
There will also be half an hour during the day specifically designated for exhibits, and no sessions will be held at this time. Exhibits will be set up in close proximity to the sessions.
Please be advised that if you need electricity for your area, you will need to bring your own extension cord. There are electrical outlets located in the area, but you may need an extension cord to reach them.
