MMEA gives the opportunity for over 26,000 music students, teachers, partners, parents, and supporters to engage in state-wide music activities and serves as an advocate for music education in our schools.   • 6 All State Audition sites: Reach 4,000 middle and high school student musicians plus 4,000 parents/guardians

  • 8 All State concerts: Reach 1,000 middle and high schools student musicians plus 7,000 parents/guardians, music teachers, and adult family/friends

  • High School Festivals (Band, Orchestra, Chorus): Reach 1,500 high school students, 100 parent/guardian chaperones, and 40 teachers

  • Middle School Festivals (Band, Orchestra, Chorus): Reach 1,500 middle school students, 150 parent/guardian chaperones, and 60 teachers

  • Vocal and Strings (Chorus and Orchestra) Solo and Ensemble Festival: Reach 3,000 middle and high school student musicians plus 3,000 parents/guardians

  • Wind and Percussion (Band) Solo and Ensemble Festival: Reach 4,000 middle and high school student musicians plus 4,000 parents/guardians

  • Fall In-Service: 650 music teachers, clinicians, college faculty, and partners

  • Spring Annual Conference and Awards Reception: 650 music teachers, clinicians, college faculty, and partners

  • Artists and Volunteers: 500 adult and college student artists as well as volunteers contribute their time

All strategic partners receive a one-year corporate fellowship. Corporate Fellowship includes: Free V.I.P. tickets to MMEA events, a featured Ad on the MMEA homepage or website for a specified timeframe, conference registrations, and verbal recognition during a minimum number of events yearly.


 Bronze: Solo $500 - $2,000

  1. Participant Flyer Insert: Advertise your product/services by providing 1200 one-page flyers/brochures for inclusion at event registration. Recognition: Opportunity to get your marketing materials in the hands of potential customers.

  2. Sign Display: Business name and logo on featured signage outside the event. Recognition: Your logo will be one of the first visuals attendees will see as the enter the event space.

  3. Social Media: Mention in pre and post email and on social media sites.

Corporate Fellowship includes: 3-5 free V.I.P. tickets to MMEA events, 1 featured Ad on the MMEA homepage or website for a specified timeframe, 1 conference registration, and verbal recognition during a minimum number of 2 events yearly, 1 event T-shirt, and access to an All State concert recording.


 Silver: Duo $2,000 -$5,000

  1. Morning Beverage (coffee/tea) Stations: Provide regular and decaf coffee/tea for attendees at two locations  at events. Recognition: Logo on signage at each coffee station and acknowledgement in announcements each morning.

  2. Name Badges: Gain attention during and after events with over 1,500 music students, and music educators who will wear these badge holders throughout event. Recognition: Your company can be advertised on every attendee.

  3. Signage: All internal signage directing attendees around the event. Recognition- Logo featured on 15-20 internal directional signs.

  4. Social Media: Mention in pre and post email and on social media sites.

Corporate Fellowship includes: 5-8 Free V.I.P. tickets to MMEA events, 2 featured Ads on the MMEA homepage or website for a specified timeframe, 2 conference registrations, and verbal recognition during a minimum number of 3 events yearly, 2 event T-shirts, and access to an All State concert recording.


Gold: Trio $5,000 - $8,000

  1. One-two minute Promotional Video: Have your promotional video playing on the MMEA website. Recognition: Video showcasing the best parts of your business on the registration page for 2 events throughout the year.

  2. Branded Sign: Branded sign with your business’ logo at all registration tables and registration signage. Recognition- Strong presence of brand on tablecloths and registration signage.

  3. Banner Display: Business name and logo featured on a standing banner display at the entrance to the event. Recognition- Your logo will be the first visual attendees will see as they enter the event venue.

  4. Social Media: Signature logo placement and mention in pre and post email and on social media sites.

Platinum: Symphony $8,000 - 15,000

  1. Exclusive Sponsorship: Exclusive sponsorship. Recognition- Be one of three signature sponsors that has a table to feature your product/services at MMEA All State concerts.

  2. Hospitality Lounge/Station: Host a hospitality lounge where attendees can relax, socialize and indulge in snacks. Recognition:  15-minute presentation of your business, drink, and snack station and charging station. Signage to hospitality lounge, direct access to potential buyers, opportunity to pass out take home information.

  3. Workshop/Information Sessions: Host 30-minute interactive workshop or information session. Recognition- Opportunity to create an interactive moment with our attendees and your products or services. Logo on signage for workshop

  4. Program Feature: Feature your business photo on each event program for the All State concerts. Recognition:  Your logo will be featured and have high recognition.

  5. Social Media: Featured logo placement and featured mention in pre and post email and on social media sites.

Rise Up as an Organizational Champion

MMEA has numerous events for you to sponsor over 25 aspects of music education. Organizational Champion opportunities are available in the following 6 categories as listed below! Click here to view the details. Organizational Champions receive comlimentary tickets, an event T-shirt, and access to an All State concert recording.

1. Event Hosts: Provide performance space, rehearsal space, judges room, waiting area, student ambassadors, any other necessary space and equipment (e.g. microphone, tables, chairs, music stands, risers, access to some instruments).

2. Event Logistics and Operations: Sponsor any of the services, supplies, and security needed for planning, controlling, managing a successful event.

3. Instruments: Sponsor activities or loan instruments for access and use by ensembles, conductors, or clinicians.

4. Education: Sponsor activities, services, or fees needed for professional development, learning, and engagement.

5. Awards: Support and enhance the visibility of innovative music educators highlighted across the state of Maryland.

6. Technology: Host the services and fees associated with the use of virtual networks, digital machines, or mechanical tools.
